Guided Motor Biking Throughout Scotland

Tour Profile

Our motorbike journeys are suitable for either beginners or advanced bikers. They take place on selected routes all over Scotland. We will take you to the country's most scenic spots and hidden treasures that only the locals know.

All our tours start in the morning from various Guest Houses and little Highland Hotels, where we will follow our daily itinerary. (alternative in Youth Hostels or on camping sites)

We will experience the breathtaking rugged scenery that Scotlands natural beauty has to offer. Charming sleepy villages, friendly little towns, sandy beaches, old castles, abbeys and romantic ruins.
Adventurous roads taking us through the Highlands. We will also drive on many routes with lots of snaking bends guaranteed to speed up the bikers pulse.

Orders of tour days are flexible, as the only important necessity is to reach each days destination. That enables us to optimize the course of the journey to the interests and requirements of the group. Any special requests are welcome and will get considered if possible.
A typical driving day starts about 10am and we reach our destination about 5pm so that we will have enough time to relax and to sort out the numerous subjects of single or general interest.

Markus Richter, the founder and director of ALBA MOTORBIKE ADVENTURES, travels throughout Scotland since many years and decided to stay here in 2003. His love and enthusiasm for this great place for motor biking gave birth to the desire being a friendly guide for other adventurers to discover Scotland's hidden treasures.
His additional useful experiences from being a motorbike mechanic for several years are also reassuring during the tour.
